2023聖誕快樂!聖誕早午餐

冷冷的天氣裡,聖誕音樂環繞在耳邊,幸福感總會油然而生。我向來喜歡在特殊的日子~生日、聖誕節、母親節、元旦、親友來訪、家人團聚…..,準備豐盛的早餐迎接一天的起始,這是一個美好的儀式,與親愛的家人共享美食與生命中的所有美好。美好的一天,就從好好吃早餐開始。今年的聖誕節在週一,那麼照慣例,我會提前在週六週日連吃兩天聖誕早午餐,今年烤了有聖誕氣氛的義大利聖誕麵包~潘多洛Pandoro、兩種雪球餅乾~可可雪球與檸檬橙香乳酪雪球,和烤紅豆麻糬QQ球,此外,還有烹飪社義賣的蝴蝶酥、高三多選可捷那組女孩兒們做的檸檬塔,和義大利文老師送的一塊真正來自義大利的義大利水果麵包潘尼朵尼,雖然已經切塊室溫保存兩天,口感依然鬆軟濕潤,非常美味,而且酒香濃郁,雖然只吃一小塊,感覺都要醉了呢!明年自己也再來烤一個吧!
