百香果漬南瓜片
材料:
南瓜1顆 約750g(新鮮生嫩一點的好)
細砂糖 6湯匙
鹽 1湯匙
百香果 4顆
作法:
1. 百香果洗淨剖半,挖出果肉籽和汁備用;南瓜洗淨去皮,剖半去籽,用削皮器從刀切面刨成長薄片,放大缽裡。
2. 將細砂糖、鹽和百香果肉汁連籽一起加進南瓜片中,充分拌勻,南瓜片很快就會變得柔軟如絲帶般,可以試一下醬汁的味道,看看是否需要增加鹽或糖,如果不夠酸,可以加點檸檬汁。拌好即可食用。可以保存約一星期。
